My mom was in the bathroom and Molly slammed herself at the door. Then when my mom got out of the bathroom, Molly was hiding behind my other dog's cage and refused to move. The only way I got her to move was to give her a treat, and now she won't stop shaking and is being very alert, turning her head to every little sound.

It sounds like Molly may be experiencing some anxiety or fear, possibly triggered by a specific event or sound. This type of behavior can sometimes occur if a dog is startled or if there's something in the environment that's causing stress. Here are a few suggestions to help her feel more comfortable:
Firstly, consider creating a safe space for Molly. Ensure she has a quiet, comfortable place where she can retreat and feel secure, perhaps with a cozy bed or a favorite blanket. Additionally, try to maintain a calm environment by minimizing loud noises and sudden movements around her. Sometimes, soft music or white noise can be quite soothing.
Positive reinforcement can also be very effective. Continue using treats to encourage calm behavior, rewarding her when she shows signs of relaxing or engaging in normal activities. Sticking to a regular routine for feeding, walks, and playtime can also be comforting for her, as predictability often helps reduce anxiety.
Spending some quiet time with Molly, offering gentle petting and reassurance, can further help her feel at ease. However, if her behavior doesn't improve or if she shows other concerning symptoms, it might be a good idea to consult with a veterinarian to rule out any underlying issues.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
