I'm sorry to hear about your cat's condition. Persistent bloody diarrhea, even after treatment for worms, can indeed be concerning. There are several potential underlying causes, such as inflammatory bowel disease, food allergies, infections, or more serious conditions like intestinal polyps or tumors.
Given the severity and duration of your cat's symptoms, it's crucial to have them examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible. Your vet may suggest diagnostic tests, including blood work, fecal analysis, or imaging, to identify the cause and determine the appropriate treatment.
In the meantime, it's important to ensure your cat remains hydrated, as diarrhea can quickly lead to dehydration. You might also consider offering a bland diet, such as boiled chicken and rice, but please consult with your vet before making any dietary changes.
Please seek veterinary care promptly to address this issue. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Thank you.
