However, given the severity and combination of symptoms, it's crucial to seek veterinary care immediately. The lethargy and loss of appetite, combined with the vomiting and diarrhea, can quickly lead to dehydration and other complications in a young kitten. A veterinarian can perform necessary tests to determine the exact cause and provide appropriate treatment.
