I’ve found MULTIPLE TICKS ON HIM
and he isn’t acting himself, I can get. Him to drink. And eat but he can barely hold his eyes open and he’s weak

Finding multiple ticks on your cat and noticing that he's not acting like himself can certainly be concerning. Ticks are known to transmit diseases that might cause symptoms such as lethargy and weakness. Here's how you can address this situation:
Firstly, you'll want to carefully remove the ticks using a pair of fine-tipped tweezers. It's important to grasp the tick as close to your cat's skin as possible and pull upward with steady, even pressure. Be sure to avoid twisting or jerking the tick, as this could cause the mouth-parts to break off and remain in the skin. Once you've removed the ticks, clean the bite area and your hands with rubbing alcohol or soap and water.
Afterward, keep a close eye on your cat for any signs of tick-borne diseases. Symptoms to watch for include fever, loss of appetite, or increased lethargy. Given that your cat is already showing signs of weakness and difficulty keeping his eyes open, it's crucial to ensure he stays hydrated and eats small, nutritious meals.
If you don't see any improvement in his condition or if his symptoms worsen, I recommend consulting a veterinarian. They can perform the necessary tests to determine if your cat has contracted any tick-borne illnesses and provide the appropriate treatment.
