If she still has trouble breathing, the causes of this include respiratory infection/inflammation, heart failure, persistent pain, heat stroke, etc.
Whatever the cause, prompt veterinary intervention is essential. So please take her to the animal hospital as soon as possible. If you don’t have an animal hospital to treat her right now, please consider visiting the emergency room.

thank you so much she does this about once a month it freaks me out but the next day she’s fine she’s making weird breathing noises out of her nose but then breaths fine her back leg muscles tend to shake and she tries to hide under the bed! she did have a bone earlier today could that have anything to do w it I’ve put pressure on her stomach but she doesn’t show no reaction and it feels normal she’s had all of her shots but just super worried!

If her respiratory symptoms are occasional, i recommend that you take her to the hospital and have her tested to determine the cause.
