Thank you for reaching out to us. A 3-week-old kitten should be fed every 4 to 5 hours in general. If the mother cat is absent, you have to feed her by yourself with relevant milk products that are suitable for kittens. Please read the instructions carefully behind the product as overfeeding kittens can sometimes be life-threatening. At around 5 to 6 weeks old, you can gradually introduce solid foods/kibbles to your kitten. A gradual transition is always important as an abrupt change in diet can often lead to gastrointestinal tract issues such as vomiting and diarrhea.
