If it’s a sneeze, not a cough, there’s something in the environment that stimulates your pet’s respiratory system rather than a certain disease suspected by sneezing itself. I don’t know exactly what your environment is like, but they often sneeze due to dust from sand used in cat litter boxes, or allergic to pollen. Therefore, please change the sand for cats into a product with less dust, or use it by filtering it outside.
