From the photo, it’s a bit challenging to definitively determine if Tucker's knee is swollen. However, since you mentioned that both sides feel the same, aren't painful, and are not warm to the touch, and Tucker is not limping, it’s less likely to be a serious issue.

Swelling can sometimes be subtle and may not always be accompanied by pain or warmth. If there is no abnormality in the range of joint movement of him, and there is no doubt of a fracture, it may be a simple sprain.

Please keep an eye on his activity level. If he starts to limp or shows reluctance to move, it could indicate discomfort.
