It sounds like your cat is showing signs that might be linked to an upper respiratory infection, which is quite common in cats. The symptoms you're noticing, such as squinting, watery eyes, sneezing, and a runny nose, are typical indicators. Since she's already on antibiotics, it may take a few more days before you see significant improvement.

In the meantime, there are a few things you can do at home to help her feel more comfortable. First, try to keep her in a warm, humid environment. Using a humidifier can be beneficial in easing her breathing. Additionally, gently clean any discharge from her eyes and nose with a soft, damp cloth to keep her comfortable.

It's also important to ensure she stays hydrated and continues to eat. Offering her some tasty, aromatic food might encourage her appetite. Lastly, closely monitor her condition. If her symptoms worsen or she becomes lethargic, please reach out to your veterinarian for further advice.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask. Thank you.
