Given that she ate a rabbit three days ago and has passed worms after being dewormed, it's possible that she could be experiencing gastrointestinal upset or an infection from ingesting the rabbit, which can sometimes carry diseases or parasites that are harmful to dogs.

The presence of worms in her stool, including hookworms and what appears to be tapeworm segments (which resemble grains of rice), suggests that the deworming was effective, but it's important to ensure that all the parasites are fully eradicated. Sometimes, a follow-up deworming treatment is necessary.

Her soreness in the back end or legs and difficulty standing could be due to several factors, including an injury from the hunt, a reaction to the worming medication, or a more serious condition such as a musculoskeletal issue or even a neurological problem.

Monitor her food intake and bowel movements closely. If she's not eating or if you notice any blood in her stool, or if her stool continues to have worms, these are signs that she needs further medical attention.

Since she's showing signs of pain and difficulty standing, you can apply a warm compress to her hindquarters to see if it provides any relief. However, avoid giving any over-the-counter pain medications without consulting a professional, as many human medications are toxic to dogs.

If she shows any signs of worsening, such as increased lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, or if she stops eating or drinking entirely, these are urgent signs that she needs to be seen by a professional immediately.
