I'm very concerned about your dog's symptoms, especially considering her age and the combination of issues she's experiencing. Vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, loss of appetite, coughing, difficulty breathing, slobbering, and panting can indicate a range of serious conditions, such as severe infections, heart problems, gastrointestinal issues, or even poisoning.

Here are a few immediate steps you can take at home:

Firstly, try to keep her hydrated by encouraging her to drink small amounts of water frequently. Dehydration can significantly worsen her condition. Secondly, ensure she is in a calm, quiet, and comfortable environment to help reduce her stress levels. Additionally, monitor her breathing closely. If it becomes more labored or she seems to be struggling, this is an emergency situation. Lastly, given her vomiting and diarrhea, it might be best to withhold food temporarily to prevent further irritation of her stomach.

However, due to the severity and combination of her symptoms, I strongly recommend that you take her to a veterinarian immediately. The symptoms you described, particularly the difficulty in breathing and the heart cough, could indicate a critical condition that requires urgent medical attention. A veterinarian will be able to perform the necessary diagnostics and provide appropriate treatment to stabilize her condition.

Please seek veterinary care as soon as possible. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Thank you.
