It sounds like your dog is experiencing significant discomfort and behavioral changes following her spay surgery. The symptoms you're describing, such as vomiting, lethargy, loss of appetite, and aggression, along with the bruised belly and glassy eyes, are quite concerning. These could indicate post-surgical complications such as infection, pain, or internal issues.

The bruising on her belly and her behavior of hiding and growling suggest she might be in pain or feeling unwell. The vomiting and loss of appetite could be related to the anesthesia, pain, or a reaction to the medication (Novox). The glassy eyes and lethargy are also signs that she might not be feeling well.

Given the severity and combination of these symptoms, I strongly recommend that you take her to a veterinarian as soon as possible. It's important to ensure there are no serious complications from the surgery, such as an infection or internal bleeding, and to manage her pain and other symptoms effectively.

In the meantime, try to keep her comfortable and monitor her closely. Avoid giving her any additional medications without consulting a vet, as this could potentially worsen her condition.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
