Nala has been throwing up almost once a day for a little over a week and just over the last couple days has been peeing and pooping in the house even after we take her out

It sounds like Nala is going through a tough time, and it's completely understandable to be worried about her symptoms. When a dog vomits yellow bile, it often indicates that their stomach is empty, which can occur if there's too much time between meals. However, since Nala has been experiencing this for over a week, along with lethargy and inappropriate urination, it might suggest a more serious issue, such as gastrointestinal upset, an infection, or even a metabolic condition.
At home, you might try feeding Nala smaller, more frequent meals to see if that helps with the vomiting. It's also crucial to ensure she has constant access to fresh water to prevent dehydration. Keep a close watch on her behavior, particularly her energy levels and any changes in her eating or drinking habits.
The inappropriate urination and defecation could be due to stress, a urinary tract infection, or another underlying health issue. Given that these symptoms have persisted and are accompanied by lethargy, it's important to monitor her closely.
If Nala's condition doesn't improve with these adjustments, or if you notice any worsening symptoms, such as increased lethargy, refusal to eat or drink, or signs of pain, I recommend reaching out to a veterinarian. They can conduct a thorough examination and possibly run tests to identify the underlying cause and provide the appropriate treatment.
Please feel free to ask if you have any further questions. Thank you.
