Given that she's on amoxicillin, it suggests she was diagnosed with an infection or is being treated presumptively for one.

Rapid breathing and panting can be a response to pain, stress, or discomfort. It's also possible that she could be experiencing side effects from the antibiotics, although this is less common. Additionally, these symptoms could be related to respiratory or cardiac issues, which are not uncommon in dogs.

Make sure she stays hydrated. Offer fresh water and encourage her to drink, as panting can lead to dehydration. And keep the room at a comfortable temperature, as dogs can pant if they're too hot.

If you notice any of the following additional symptoms, it would be important to seek immediate veterinary care:

- Difficulty breathing or choking sounds, as this could indicate a respiratory issue that needs urgent attention.
- Sudden collapse or extreme weakness, which could be signs of a serious underlying condition.
- Persistent vomiting or diarrhea, especially if there's blood present.
- Inability to urinate or obvious discomfort while urinating, which could suggest a urinary tract issue.

It's also a good idea to take her to the vet to check her overall health.
