It's wonderful to hear that your new kitten is generally active, playing, drinking water, and using the bathroom normally. However, I understand that vomiting and a loss of appetite can be quite concerning, especially for such a young kitten. Let's discuss a few potential causes and some steps you can take at home to help your little one.

Firstly, have there been any recent changes in your kitten's diet? Sudden dietary changes can sometimes lead to vomiting. If you've recently switched the type of food or introduced new treats, this could be a contributing factor. It might be best to stick to a consistent diet and avoid introducing any new foods for the time being.

Stress can also be a factor. Moving to a new home can be quite stressful for a kitten, which might result in vomiting and a reduced appetite. Make sure your kitten has a quiet, comfortable space to retreat to where they feel safe and secure.

Infections or parasites are another possibility, even if your kitten has received some vaccinations. Keep an eye out for additional symptoms such as diarrhea or lethargy, which could indicate an underlying issue.

Kittens are naturally curious and might ingest something they shouldn't, leading to vomiting. Ensure that your home is kitten-proofed and free from small objects that could be swallowed.

For home care, it's crucial to keep your kitten hydrated. Offer fresh water frequently and consider providing a small amount of unflavored electrolyte solution suitable for pets. You might also try offering small, frequent meals of a bland diet, such as boiled chicken or a special kitten food, to see if your kitten's appetite improves.

Monitor your kitten's behavior and symptoms closely. If the vomiting persists or if you notice any new symptoms like lethargy, diarrhea, or changes in behavior, it would be best to seek veterinary care.

Given that the vomiting has been occurring daily and there's a loss of appetite, it's important to keep a close watch. If the symptoms continue for another day or worsen, I recommend visiting a veterinarian to rule out any underlying issues and ensure your kitten receives the appropriate care.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you.
