The tumor started as a very small bump on her inner eyelid and stayed the same size for quite some time. Recently (in the last 3 months) it has grown in size very quickly and has been crusty, oozing, and now bleeding. She doesn’t seem to have pain from it but I do see her scratch at it some times.
Her mood and appetite have stayed consistent and she still has lots of energy and sprints around my room

It sounds like your guinea pig has been dealing with a concerning issue for quite some time. The rapid growth, crusting, oozing, and bleeding of the tumor on her inner eyelid are definitely signs that need attention. While it's good to hear that her mood, appetite, and energy levels are still normal, the symptoms you're describing suggest that this could be a serious condition.

Tumors in small animals like guinea pigs can sometimes be benign, but the rapid growth and other symptoms you're seeing could indicate a more serious problem, such as an infection or a malignant tumor.

In the meantime, try to keep the area clean and prevent her from scratching it to avoid further irritation or infection. You can gently clean the area with a saline solution (saltwater) to help keep it free from debris. However, this is just a temporary measure, and professional treatment is crucial.

I recommend scheduling an appointment with a veterinarian who has experience with small animals. They can perform a thorough examination and possibly run tests to determine the nature of the tumor and the best course of action.
