It sounds like your Chihuahua has ingested something potentially harmful from the old bone and contaminated ground, which could have introduced bacteria or toxins into his system. This could be the cause of the vomiting, lethargy, loss of appetite, and inappropriate urination you're observing.

Firstly, ensure that your pet has access to fresh water at all times to prevent dehydration, especially since he's been vomiting. Dehydration can occur quickly in small breeds like Chihuahuas and can be quite serious.

Given that the vomiting has been occurring multiple times a day for three days, it's important to try and settle his stomach. You can withhold food for 12-24 hours to give his gastrointestinal tract a rest. After this period, offer a bland diet in small, frequent meals; boiled chicken and rice are often recommended for this.

For the inappropriate urination, ensure that he has frequent opportunities to go outside to relieve himself. If this behavior continues, it may be a sign of distress or discomfort.

If your dog's condition worsens at any point, or if he shows signs of severe dehydration (such as dry gums, weakness, or sunken eyes), has difficulty breathing, or if his gums appear pale or yellow, these are emergencies and he should be taken to a veterinary hospital immediately.
