For 3 hours she has been in a sitting position looking around like she's looking for something she also vomited and had foam come out of her mouth

It sounds like your cat is experiencing some discomfort, and vomiting white, foamy material can sometimes indicate an issue with the stomach or esophagus, such as gastritis or ingestion of something irritating. Given that she has been vomiting multiple times a day and is displaying unusual behavior, like sitting and looking around as if searching for something, it’s important to monitor her closely.

First, give her stomach a rest by withholding food for 12 hours. However, make sure she has access to fresh water to prevent dehydration. After this fasting period, you can reintroduce food gradually by offering small amounts of a bland diet, such as boiled chicken or a prescription gastrointestinal diet, to see if she can keep it down.

Next, keep an eye on her behavior. If she continues to vomit, becomes lethargic, or shows other signs of distress, it could indicate a more serious issue. Additionally, ensure she hasn’t ingested any foreign objects or toxic substances, which could cause vomiting and unusual behavior.

Given that she has been vomiting multiple times a day and her behavior is unusual, it’s important to consider that this could be a sign of a more serious condition. If the vomiting persists or if she shows any signs of lethargy, pain, or other concerning symptoms, I strongly recommend seeking veterinary care as soon as possible.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
