Fleas can cause severe itching, redness, scabbing, hair loss, and flaky skin. Additionally, the stress from the infestation and the physical discomfort could be affecting her appetite and behavior, potentially leading to symptoms like vomiting and weight loss.

You might also consider using a flea comb to physically remove fleas from her fur. Additionally, vacuum your home frequently and wash her bedding in hot water to reduce the flea population in your environment.

For her skin care, you can use a medicated shampoo designed for cats with skin issues to soothe her irritated skin. When bathing her, do so gently with lukewarm water and make sure to dry her thoroughly afterward.

In terms of diet and hydration, ensure she has access to fresh water at all times. You might also consider offering her a bland diet, such as boiled chicken and rice, to help with her vomiting and loss of appetite. Sometimes, a change in diet can help if there is a food allergy contributing to her skin issues.

It's also important to keep a close eye on her condition. If her symptoms persist or worsen, especially the vomiting and weight loss, it is crucial to seek veterinary care.

Given the severity and duration of her symptoms, take her to a vet as soon as possible is essential. They can provide a thorough examination, diagnose any underlying conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments to help her recover.
