It's great that you're mindful of your cat's diet. While plain cooked chicken is generally safe for cats, oregano can be a concern. Oregano contains compounds that can be toxic to cats if ingested in large amounts. Given that your cat has only eaten it twice, the risk of toxicity is relatively low. However, it's still important to monitor your cat for any signs of discomfort or illness.

Please watch for symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, drooling, or lethargy. If you notice any of these signs, it would be wise to contact your veterinarian for further advice. In the meantime, make sure your cat has access to plenty of fresh water and keep an eye on their behavior and appetite.
