Anxiety in dogs can manifest as clinginess, fearfulness, and changes in drinking habits. Additionally, the stinky breath and itching you've noticed could be signs of dental issues or skin allergies, respectively, which can contribute to her discomfort and anxiety.

To help your pet, create a safe and quiet space for her to retreat to when she feels overwhelmed. This could be a crate with comfortable bedding or a quiet corner with her favorite toys.

You can use a hypoallergenic shampoo formulated for dogs to soothe her skin. If the itching continues or worsens, she may have allergies or a skin condition that needs to be addressed.

If she's not drinking much, try offering fresh water at different times of the day or using a pet water fountain to encourage her to drink. Dehydration can lead to serious health issues, so if she continues to drink insufficiently despite your efforts, this needs to be addressed.

If you notice any of the following symptoms, it would be necessary to seek immediate veterinary care: persistent vomiting or diarrhea, sudden collapse or difficulty breathing, extreme lethargy, or if she stops eating entirely for more than a day. These signs could indicate a more serious underlying condition that requires prompt medical attention.
