I'm sorry to hear that your Pomeranian is experiencing these issues. Vomiting and diarrhea with blood can indeed be concerning, especially when they occur together. There are several potential causes for these symptoms, including gastrointestinal infections, ingestion of something toxic, parasites, or even stress.

Given the severity of the symptoms, it's important to monitor her closely. Here are some steps you can take at home:

First, ensure she stays hydrated by offering small amounts of water frequently. You might also consider an electrolyte solution designed for pets to help maintain her hydration levels.

Next, it would be beneficial to withhold food for 12-24 hours to give her digestive system a rest. After this period, you can introduce a bland diet, such as boiled chicken and rice, in small, frequent meals.

Additionally, try to keep her in a calm and quiet environment to reduce any stress that might be exacerbating her condition.

Throughout this time, closely monitor her for any changes in behavior, appetite, or the frequency and appearance of vomiting and diarrhea.

Given that there is blood present in both the vomit and diarrhea, and considering her young age, it would be wise to seek veterinary care promptly. Blood in vomit and diarrhea can indicate a more serious underlying condition that may require specific treatments, such as medications or fluids.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you.
