It sounds like your Labrador Retriever's slightly bloated abdomen could be due to a variety of factors, some minor and others more serious. The fact that she is still acting normally, eating, and drinking is a positive sign, but it's important to keep a close eye on her.

Bloating can be caused by coughing, indigestion, a recent dietary change, or overeating.

First, ensure she is eating her regular food and not getting into anything she shouldn’t. Avoid giving her table scraps or new treats that she isn’t accustomed to. And if she tends to eat quickly, try feeding her smaller portions more frequently throughout the day to reduce the chance of gas buildup.
Gentle exercise, such as a short walk, can help stimulate digestion and relieve gas.

If Lacey's condition is severe, it could be gastric dilatation-volvulus (GDV), peritonitis, or internal bleeding. These are all conditions that require urgent medical attention.

Given that her belly is firm, it's crucial to monitor her closely. Watch for any signs of distress, such as:
- Unproductive retching or vomiting
- Restlessness or inability to settle
- Rapid breathing or panting
- Pale gums
- Weakness or collapse

The safest thing to do is to take her to the vet sooner rather than later to determine the exact condition and cause. For now, continue to observe her closely.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
