The combination of excessive itching, redness, scabbing, and hair loss on her chest, neck, armpits, and underbelly, along with ear issues and a red eye, suggests a few possible underlying issues.

For the ear itching, it could be due to an ear infection, which is common in dogs. Signs of an ear infection include excessive scratching, head shaking, redness, swelling, and sometimes an unusual odor or discharge. Cleaning her ears gently with a pet-safe ear cleaner might help, but if the symptoms persist, she may need a vet to prescribe medication like antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs.

The red eye could be conjunctivitis, which is inflammation of the tissue lining the inner surface of the eyelids and covering the whites of the eyes. This can be caused by infections, allergies, or irritants. Keeping the eye clean with a saline solution and avoiding any irritants can help, but if the redness continues, she might need specific eye drops or ointments from the vet.

For the skin issues, it could be related to allergies, parasites like fleas or mites, or even a skin infection. Regular bathing with a hypoallergenic shampoo and ensuring she is on a good flea and tick prevention regimen can help manage these symptoms. Additionally, keeping her environment clean and free of potential allergens is beneficial.
