The symptoms are indicative of a potentially serious ocular condition. Given that the eye has worsened despite the use of Tobramycin eye drops, repair gel, and Muro ointment, it's important to consider several possible underlying causes.

The cloudiness and presence of the third eyelid could suggest a corneal issue such as an ulcer, edema, or inflammation. The rubbing and squinting are signs of discomfort or pain, while sensitivity to light can be associated with deeper eye inflammation, such as uveitis. Discharge can be a sign of infection or irritation.

In this situation, it's crucial to maintain the cleanliness of the eye area. Use a clean, damp cloth to gently wipe away any discharge. Ensure that your dog is not able to rub or scratch at the eye, as this could exacerbate the condition. An Elizabethan collar (cone) can be helpful in preventing self-trauma.

Be vigilant for additional symptoms that would necessitate immediate veterinary attention. These include a significant increase in redness, a pronounced bulging of the eye, a sudden change in behavior such as increased lethargy or aggression (which could indicate pain), or if your dog stops eating. Any of these signs could indicate a worsening condition or the development of new complications.

Remember, eye conditions in dogs can progress rapidly and may lead to permanent damage or vision loss if not addressed promptly and appropriately.
