Monday morning stella pooped a whole peanut including the shell. And since then she drank water and ate a little food. And later that night on Monday she had diarrhea and started crying. This morning I took her out she only peed but wouldn’t poop. Then about an hour later she threw up a quarter size amount of a darkish brown liquid throw up. I’m not totally for sure if she had got more than just one peanut. She’s had a blockage before but she was acting way worse than what she is acting now. I’m not sure if the salt/spices might of upset her stomach

It sounds like Stella may be experiencing some gastrointestinal upset, possibly due to ingesting peanuts. Peanuts, especially with their shells, can be difficult for dogs to digest and may cause irritation or even a blockage in some cases. The darkish brown liquid vomit could indicate stomach irritation or even some bleeding in her gastrointestinal tract.

Given her history of a blockage and her current symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, and crying, it's important to monitor her closely.

Firstly, ensure she has access to fresh water at all times to prevent dehydration, which can be a concern with vomiting and diarrhea. Secondly, offer her a bland diet, such as boiled chicken and rice, in small amounts to see if she can keep it down. It's best to avoid giving her any more peanuts or other potentially irritating foods.

However, given her symptoms and her history of a previous blockage, it's crucial to seek veterinary care as soon as possible. The crying and vomiting could indicate that she is in pain or that there is a more serious issue at play, such as another blockage or irritation caused by the peanut shell.
