Everything is normal. She’s eating normal, drinking, playing… nothing out of the ordinary other then she’s having diarrhea and it’s frequent

One common factor could be dietary indiscretion, where Sadie might have eaten something she shouldn’t have, like table scraps, garbage, or spoiled food.
Another possibility is stress or anxiety, even if Sadie appears playful and normal.
Infections caused by bacteria, viruses, or parasites are also a likely cause, particularly if Sadie’s been exposed to areas with other dogs, like parks. Parasitic infections, such as giardia or roundworms, can also lead to diarrhea and often require specific treatment.
Since she’s still eating and playing normally, this can often be managed conservatively, but it’s important to monitor her closely. You can help her by withholding food for 12-24 hours to give her digestive system a break (while still providing fresh water to prevent dehydration). After that, you can reintroduce a bland diet—like boiled chicken and rice—gradually.
If the diarrhea continues beyond a couple of days, or if she develops any additional symptoms such as vomiting, lethargy, blood in her stool, or a fever, it would be time to consider seeking further veterinary attention. These could indicate more serious infections or other issues requiring professional treatment.
Be sure to watch her hydration levels. If she seems to be drinking excessively or not at all, or if her gums seem dry, it’s important to address dehydration.
