Cheeto has been super lethargic and has had constant runny poops since we got him. Today we noticed that his stool had a sort of blood clot in it and I’m not sure on why. He eats and drinks water and meows normally so I’m not sure what’s going on.

It sounds like Cheeto is experiencing some concerning symptoms. The presence of blood in his stool, whether it's bloody or black, can suggest a few potential issues, such as gastrointestinal infections, parasites, or even dietary intolerances. The lethargy and sneezing could be related or separate issues, possibly indicating an underlying infection or stress.
It's reassuring that Cheeto is still eating and drinking normally, but the combination of symptoms you're describing does warrant attention. Here are a few things you can consider doing at home:
Firstly, it's important to monitor Cheeto's hydration closely. Make sure he has constant access to fresh water, as diarrhea can lead to dehydration. Additionally, keep an eye on his litter box habits and note any changes in the frequency or appearance of his stools. You might also consider offering a bland diet, such as boiled chicken and rice, for a short period to see if it helps firm up his stools. However, it's important not to replace his regular diet for too long without professional guidance.
Given the presence of blood in the stool and the other symptoms, I recommend contacting a veterinarian to discuss these symptoms in more detail. They may suggest bringing Cheeto in for an examination to rule out any serious conditions and to provide appropriate treatment.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
