It sounds like your budgie is going through a tough time, and it's great that you're being attentive to her needs. Vomiting in birds can stem from various causes, such as dietary issues, infections, or stress. The yellow color in her vomit might suggest bile, indicating some digestive upset.

Considering she's also lethargic, losing weight, and puffing up, it's crucial to keep a close eye on her. Puffing up often means she's trying to conserve heat, which is a common sign of illness.

Here are a few steps you can take to help her at home:

First, ensure her diet remains consistent and free from any new or potentially harmful foods. It's also important to keep her environment stress-free, maintaining a stable temperature without drafts.

Encourage her to stay hydrated by offering water in different ways, such as from a spoon or a dropper, if she's reluctant to drink from her usual source.

Keep a close watch on her behavior, appetite, and droppings, noting any changes or patterns. This information can be invaluable if you need to consult a veterinarian.

Lastly, make sure she has a quiet and comfortable place to rest, away from noise and disturbances.

If her symptoms persist or worsen, especially if she continues to vomit or remains lethargic, it would be wise to consult a veterinarian who specializes in avian medicine. They can provide a thorough examination and determine if any specific treatment is needed.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
