I'm really sorry to hear that your puppy is experiencing these troubling symptoms. The frequent vomiting, loss of appetite, weight loss, diarrhea, and bad breath you've described are certainly concerning, especially since they've persisted for several days. The presence of white, foamy vomit and green liquid could indicate a serious underlying issue.
Firstly, gastrointestinal issues could be at play, such as a blockage, infection, or inflammation in the digestive tract. Secondly, viral or bacterial infections, like parvovirus, can cause severe gastrointestinal symptoms in puppies. Another possibility is that your puppy may have ingested something toxic, leading to these severe symptoms. Lastly, intestinal parasites could be causing the vomiting, diarrhea, and weight loss.
Given the severity and duration of these symptoms, I recommend taking your puppy to a veterinarian immediately. Puppies can become dehydrated very quickly, and the symptoms you're describing could indicate a serious condition that requires prompt medical attention. The vet will be able to perform a thorough examination, possibly including blood tests, x-rays, or other diagnostics, to determine the cause and provide the appropriate treatment.
In the meantime, ensure your puppy stays hydrated by offering small amounts of water frequently. Avoid giving any food until you can see the vet, as this might exacerbate the vomiting.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
