He's got an arm missing from birth, not part of this issue but thought i should let it be known. He's been throwing up yellow, clear liquid and sometimes brown liquid. He was eating the first couple of days and lost his appetite today. He came out like he was gonna eat then just stared at the food.
He's sleeping a lot, but moving around.

The yellow liquid is likely bile, which can indicate that the stomach is empty. The clear liquid is probably gastric juice, and the brown liquid could be digested food or, in some cases, could indicate the presence of blood altered by stomach acids.
The loss of appetite, lethargy, and potential weight loss you've mentioned are concerning and suggest that the vomiting is more than just an isolated incident. Vomiting that lasts more than 3 days is most likely something is wrong with him. These symptoms can be caused by gastrointestinal problems, allergies to parasites, and kidney disease.
At home, please offer small amounts of water frequently to prevent dehydration from the vomiting. Then reintroduce a bland diet, such as boiled chicken or a prescription gastrointestinal diet, in small, frequent meals.
Given the ongoing nature of the vomiting and the recent loss of appetite, it is strongly recommended to seek veterinary care as soon as possible. A veterinarian can perform a physical examination, possibly run blood tests, take x-rays or perform an ultrasound to determine the cause of the symptoms and provide appropriate treatment.
