It sounds like your young cat is experiencing a combination of symptoms, including hair loss on her front paws, diarrhea, and lethargy.

Hair loss in cats can be due to several reasons, including fungal infections like ringworm, bacterial infections, or even allergies. If the hair loss is accompanied by scabs or redness, it could indicate a more specific issue like ringworm or dermatitis.

Diarrhea and lethargy can be concerning, especially in a young kitten. These symptoms can be caused by a variety of factors, including dietary changes, infections, or even stress.

First, ensure she is eating a balanced diet suitable for kittens. Sometimes, switching to a bland diet like boiled chicken and rice can help settle her stomach. Make sure she has access to fresh water at all times to prevent dehydration.

Please check for signs of dehydration, such as dry gums or skin that doesn't quickly return to place when gently pinched. If you notice these signs, it's important to keep her hydrated.

And consider using an e-collar to prevent further irritation. Keep the areas clean and dry.

If you notice any worsening of symptoms or if new symptoms appear, it would be best to take her to a vet to ensure she receives the appropriate care.
