Bowie is breathing/wheezing and coughing and he has red eye boogers and has been loosing weight but he’s been eating more I’m mostly worried about the coughing and red eye boogers

Bowie's symptoms are indeed concerning, especially with the combination of coughing, wheezing, red eye discharge, and weight loss despite an increased appetite. These signs could point to a respiratory infection, allergies, or potentially more serious conditions such as feline asthma or heart disease. The red eye discharge might also suggest conjunctivitis or another type of eye infection.
Given the severity and combination of these symptoms, it's crucial to have Bowie evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible. The vet can conduct a thorough examination and may recommend blood tests, X-rays, or other diagnostic procedures to identify the underlying cause and provide the appropriate treatment.
In the meantime, try to keep Bowie in a calm and stress-free environment. Make sure he has access to fresh water and a comfortable place to rest. It's also important to avoid exposing him to smoke, strong perfumes, or other irritants that could worsen his symptoms.
Please seek veterinary care promptly to address these issues. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out. Thank you.
