The symptoms you're describing in your 3-month-old pug, such as sudden weakness, particularly in the back legs, and an overall tired demeanor, could be indicative of several conditions. It's important to consider the severity and the rapid onset of these symptoms.

One possible cause could be hypoglycemia, which is a sudden drop in blood sugar levels. This is more common in small breed puppies and can cause weakness and lethargy. To address this, you can offer a small amount of honey or syrup by rubbing it on the gums to quickly raise blood sugar levels. However, this is a temporary solution, and if the symptoms persist, further investigation is needed.

Another consideration is anemia, which can cause weakness and fatigue. Anemia can be due to various reasons, including internal parasites or congenital issues. Ensuring your puppy is free from parasites with appropriate deworming is essential.

A more serious concern could be a congenital condition such as a heart defect or a neurological issue, which would require immediate veterinary attention. If your puppy is not vaccinated, infectious diseases should also be considered.

In the meantime, ensure your puppy stays warm and comfortable. Offer water to keep her hydrated and encourage her to eat small, frequent meals of high-energy food. If she's unable to eat or drink on her own, you may need to assist her gently.

You should also be alert for additional symptoms that would necessitate immediate veterinary attention. These include but are not limited to:

- Seizures or convulsions
- Persistent vomiting or diarrhea
- Pale or blue-tinged gums
- Difficulty breathing or rapid breathing
- Unresponsiveness or loss of consciousness

If any of these symptoms occur, it's critical to seek veterinary care immediately as they can be signs of life-threatening conditions.

Remember, while these suggestions may help stabilize your pet temporarily, they are not substitutes for professional veterinary care. Given the severity and sudden onset of the symptoms, it's crucial to have your puppy examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment.
