Pooter was throwing up 3 days ago, wasn’t eating. 2 days ago after giving her some medicine and wet food, she started eating normal and was her normal self for 1 1/2 and then yesterday she stopped eating and then ate on e bowl today and then started throwing up

It sounds like Pooter is having some digestive issues, which can be quite concerning, especially with symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, and a loss of appetite. The yellow color in her vomit often suggests bile, which can happen when a dog vomits on an empty stomach or experiences gastrointestinal irritation.
There are a few steps you can take at home to help Pooter feel better:
Firstly, consider adjusting her diet. Since she's been eating inconsistently, try offering her small, bland meals such as boiled chicken and rice. This type of food is gentler on her stomach and might help soothe any irritation.
It's also crucial to keep her hydrated. Offer her small amounts of water frequently, and if she's hesitant to drink, you might try giving her ice cubes to lick.
Since her vomiting seems to be triggered by certain factors, try to identify any potential triggers, such as specific foods, stress, or changes in her environment.
Additionally, make sure she gets plenty of rest. Avoid any strenuous activities until she's feeling better.
Given that these symptoms have persisted for several days and are accompanied by lethargy and a lack of appetite, it's important to keep a close eye on her. If her condition doesn't improve or if you notice any signs of worsening, such as persistent vomiting, severe diarrhea, or increased lethargy, it would be best to consult a veterinarian. They can perform a thorough examination and possibly run some tests to determine the underlying cause and provide the appropriate treatment.
