Please try offering a bland diet such as boiled chicken and rice in small, frequent amounts. You can also try warming up the food a bit more and giving it to Merle.

Given the severity and frequency of the vomiting, along with the lethargy and loss of appetite, it's crucial to seek veterinary care immediately. Puppies can become dehydrated and weak very quickly, and a veterinarian can provide the necessary treatments and diagnostics to determine the underlying cause and ensure your puppy gets the appropriate care.
