I'm really sorry to hear that your German Shepherd puppy is experiencing these issues. Vomiting multiple times a day, especially when accompanied by lethargy and loss of appetite, can be quite concerning. Given that your puppy is only 2 months old, it's particularly important to address these symptoms promptly.
Vomiting in puppies can be caused by various factors, including dietary indiscretion, infections, parasites, or even more serious conditions like parvovirus. The fact that the vomit is clear and liquid suggests that your puppy might be bringing up stomach fluids, which can happen when the stomach is empty.
First, it's good that your puppy is drinking water. Keep encouraging small amounts of water frequently to prevent dehydration.
Please try offering a bland diet such as boiled chicken and rice in small, frequent amounts. You can also try warming up the food a bit more and giving it to Merle.
Given the severity and frequency of the vomiting, along with the lethargy and loss of appetite, it's crucial to seek veterinary care immediately. Puppies can become dehydrated and weak very quickly, and a veterinarian can provide the necessary treatments and diagnostics to determine the underlying cause and ensure your puppy gets the appropriate care.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
