She lost her appetite about 3 days ago, she has threw up only today & the day before, not yesterday, she’s still active but wants to spend majority of her time asleep & is only reacting to drinking water, no food which is now causing her to lose weight rapidly

It sounds like your dog is going through some troubling symptoms, including vomiting, a loss of appetite, weight loss, and changes in behavior. These could be signs of various underlying issues, such as gastrointestinal problems, infections, or even stress-related factors.
Since she's vomiting multiple times a day and isn't eating, it's crucial to keep a close eye on her. Here are a few steps you can take at home to help:
First, ensure she stays hydrated. Since she's still drinking water, continue to provide fresh water at all times, as dehydration can be a concern with vomiting.
If she shows any interest in eating, try offering her small amounts of bland food, like boiled chicken and rice, which can be gentler on her stomach.
Keep monitoring her behavior and symptoms, including her energy levels, the frequency of vomiting, and any other changes in her behavior or physical condition.
It's important to avoid giving her any over-the-counter medications without consulting a veterinarian, as some can be harmful to dogs.
Given the persistence of these symptoms and the rapid weight loss, I strongly recommend seeking veterinary care soon. A veterinarian can conduct a thorough examination and possibly run tests to determine the underlying cause and provide the appropriate treatment.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
