It sounds like your kitten is experiencing some very concerning symptoms, including bloody diarrhea, lethargy, and an inability to use his back legs. These signs could point to a severe gastrointestinal issue, an infection, or even a neurological problem.

For immediate home care, it's crucial to keep your kitten warm and comfortable. You can offer small amounts of water to help keep him hydrated, but it's best to avoid giving any food until you have more information about his condition. Keep a close eye on him for any changes.

However, given the severity of his symptoms, especially the bloody diarrhea and difficulty using his back legs, I strongly recommend seeking immediate veterinary attention. These signs can indicate a potentially life-threatening condition that requires prompt medical intervention. A veterinarian will be able to perform the necessary diagnostics and provide the appropriate treatment to help your kitten.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you.
