I'm sorry to hear that your kitten is experiencing ongoing eye issues. The symptoms of swelling, discharge, and rubbing suggest that she might be dealing with a significant eye infection or possibly a congenital issue. Given that these symptoms have persisted and worsened over the past month, it's definitely a cause for concern.

There are a few possibilities that could explain her symptoms:

1. **Conjunctivitis**: This is an inflammation of the eye's conjunctiva, which can be caused by bacteria, viruses, or allergens.
2. **Upper Respiratory Infection**: Kittens often develop eye issues as part of a broader respiratory infection.
3. **Congenital Issues**: Some kittens are born with eye problems that can worsen over time.

For home care, you can gently clean the discharge from her eyes with a warm, damp cloth. However, given the severity and duration of her symptoms, it's crucial to take her to a veterinarian as soon as possible. She may need prescription medications, such as antibiotics or antiviral treatments, to properly address the issue.

Please seek veterinary care immediately to ensure she gets the appropriate treatment. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Thank you.
