It sounds like your cat is experiencing some serious symptoms. When a cat refuses to eat or drink and is lethargic, it can be a sign of a significant underlying issue. Cats can be very good at hiding their discomfort, so when they show such clear signs of distress, it's important to take them seriously.

There are several potential causes for these symptoms, including infections, dental issues, metabolic diseases, or even something as serious as organ failure. Given that your cat has been experiencing these symptoms for three days and they are still ongoing, it's crucial to act promptly.

At home, you can try to make your cat more comfortable by offering highly palatable foods like wet cat food, tuna, or chicken broth to encourage eating. Ensure she has a quiet, comfortable place to rest. However, these are just temporary measures.

The combination of not eating or drinking and being unable to get up is concerning because it can lead to dehydration and other complications like hepatic lipidosis (fatty liver disease) in cats, which can be life-threatening if not treated promptly.

I strongly recommend that you take your cat to a veterinarian as soon as possible. They will be able to perform a thorough examination, possibly including blood tests and imaging, to determine the exact cause of her symptoms and provide the necessary treatment.
