I'm sorry to hear that your pug is experiencing these symptoms. A sudden change in behavior, such as becoming sad and wobbly, can indeed be concerning.

Firstly, neurological issues could be a factor. Conditions like ataxia, which affects coordination, can cause wobbliness.

Another possibility is hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, which can cause wobbliness, especially in young puppies.

Inner ear infections are also a common cause of balance issues. These might be accompanied by head shaking, scratching at the ears, or discharge.

Given that these symptoms have been ongoing for a day and are episodic, check for other symptoms such as signs of ear infection (redness, swelling, discharge), changes in appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, or any signs of pain.

And ensure she is staying hydrated and eating. If she refuses food, try offering something more enticing like boiled chicken.

However, because these symptoms can indicate serious underlying conditions, I strongly recommend seeking veterinary care as soon as possible. A veterinarian can perform a thorough examination and may recommend diagnostic tests like blood work or imaging to determine the cause of her symptoms.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
