It sounds like your dog is experiencing some very concerning symptoms, including vomiting multiple times a day, especially if the vomit is bloody or black. This could be indicative of serious issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ingestion of a toxic substance, or a severe infection.

At home, you can try withholding food for 12-24 hours to give your dog's stomach a chance to settle. Make sure he has access to fresh water to prevent dehydration. After this fasting period, you can reintroduce a bland diet, such as boiled chicken and rice, in small amounts to see if he can keep it down.

However, given the presence of blood in the vomit and the combination of symptoms, I recommend seeking immediate veterinary care. Your vet can perform necessary diagnostics, such as blood tests, X-rays, or ultrasounds, to determine the underlying cause and provide appropriate treatment.

It's positive that he's still energetic, but given his symptoms, it would be a safe bet to confirm the exact cause and condition. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
