I'm really sorry to hear that your cat is feeling unwell. The symptoms you're describing—such as a lack of eating or drinking, white mucus from the rear end, and lethargy—are quite concerning and could indicate a serious underlying issue like an infection, gastrointestinal problem, or another medical condition.

Given the severity of these symptoms and the fact that they have persisted for two days, I strongly recommend taking your cat to a veterinarian as soon as possible. Immediate veterinary attention is crucial to diagnose and treat whatever is causing these symptoms.

In the meantime, try to keep your cat comfortable and ensure he stays hydrated. You can offer small amounts of water or an electrolyte solution, but avoid forcing him to drink if he resists.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
