Since she vomited after ingesting hydrogen peroxide, which is a common emetic used to induce vomiting in dogs, it's possible that the vomiting itself has left her feeling unwell. However, the ingestion of a foreign object, like a fabric toy leg, can also cause gastrointestinal upset or even obstruction, which is a serious concern.

Given that she is still eating and drinking is a good sign, but her lethargy and changes in breathing patterns are concerning. Keep her hydrated and offer her small, frequent meals of a bland diet, such as boiled chicken and rice, to help settle her stomach.

If she continues to hyperventilate, becomes more lethargic, or shows signs of discomfort such as whining, pacing, or a distended abdomen, these could be signs of a more serious condition, such as an intestinal blockage. Additionally, if she stops eating or drinking, begins vomiting again, has diarrhea, or you notice any changes in her gum color, these are also indications that she needs to be seen by a professional immediately.

In conclusion, taking her to the hospital is the safest thing to do. Before you take her to the hospital, you need to keep an eye on her. She may recover on her own, but breathing problems, in particular, should always be taken seriously.
