The presence of pus in the eyes and sneezing bloody mucus suggests that there is an infection that may have affected the respiratory tract and possibly the eyes. Administering amoxicillin is a step in addressing bacterial infections, but the vomiting of yellow fluid, which could be bile, indicates that her condition may be worsening or that there may be an adverse reaction to the medication.

Please provide Cali with water frequently to prevent dehydration. Offer small amounts of water frequently, rather than a large amount at once, to see if she can keep it down. Change the water frequently, and place the water in several places. Adding a very small amount of sugar to the water may also help.
You can also try to gently clean her eyes with a warm, damp cloth to remove any discharge and make her more comfortable. Keep an eye on her and let me know if her symptoms worsen or persist.

It's also important to note that kittens are at risk for several infectious diseases, such as feline calicivirus, feline herpesvirus, and feline chlamydophila, which can cause respiratory and eye symptoms. These conditions can be serious, especially in a young kitten with an immature immune system, and require professional diagnosis and treatment.

Her sneezing of bloody mucus and difficulty breathing can be life-threatening in some cases. So I would recommend taking Cali to the vet if you can.
