Given that the vomiting is bloody or black, this is particularly concerning as it suggests there may be bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, which can be caused by conditions such as ulcers, ingestion of a toxic substance, or a severe infection.

Ondansetron, which you mentioned Oreo is taking, is an antiemetic used to prevent nausea and vomiting. However, if she is still vomiting multiple times a day despite being on this medication, it indicates that the underlying cause is not being adequately addressed.

And, even if cats do not eat for at least 48 hours, they will develop fatal liver damage. So, if she hasn't eaten in two days, it's important to re-establish her appetite, but veterinarian treatment must be done for the two days of anorexia. As a result, please take her to the veterinarian as soon as possible. You should also think about going to an emergency room.

The primary concern here is to address the cause of the symptoms, which will likely require diagnostic tests such as blood work, imaging, and possibly more targeted treatments that can only be provided by a veterinary clinic. Because Oreo is so young, these symptoms can be especially devastating.
