Dill has had some ongoing lethargy and loss of appetite. He vomited Sunday night and it was brown, he hasn’t vomited since until tonight when he vomited this green stuff. We were able to get him to eat a little as seen in the vomit and he’s still having normal bathroom habits. His stomach felt briefly hard but no longer does

It sounds like you're doing a great job keeping an eye on Dill, and it's understandable to be concerned given his symptoms. Green vomit in cats can sometimes indicate the presence of bile, which might be related to an empty stomach or some gastrointestinal upset.

The medications Dill is on, such as Cerenia and Famotidine, are typically used to manage nausea and stomach acid, which suggests that his condition is being managed under veterinary care. It's reassuring that the hard feeling in his stomach resolved, as it might have been due to gas or discomfort.

First, you could try offering Dill small, frequent meals of bland food, like boiled chicken or rice, to see if it helps settle his stomach. And keep a close eye on any changes in his behavior, appetite, or bathroom habits.

If you notice any worsening of symptoms or if Dill becomes more lethargic, it's important to seek veterinary attention promptly. Since his symptoms are persistent, I recommend taking him to a vet to determine the exact condition and cause. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you for taking such good care of Dill.
