River hasnt been eating these past few days and has just thrown up today

It can be quite concerning when a dog like River, your Siberian Husky, isn't eating and has started vomiting. These symptoms can arise from a variety of causes, ranging from something minor to more serious health issues. Common reasons might include dietary indiscretion, where she might have eaten something she shouldn't have, gastrointestinal upset, stress, or even an underlying health condition.
In the meantime, you might want to try offering River some bland food, such as boiled chicken and rice, to see if she is willing to eat. It's also crucial to ensure she has access to fresh water to prevent dehydration, especially since she's been vomiting. Keep a close eye on her for any additional symptoms like lethargy, diarrhea, or continued vomiting.
If River's appetite doesn't improve or if she continues to vomit, it would be wise to consult a veterinarian. They can conduct a thorough examination and possibly run some tests to determine the underlying cause and provide the appropriate treatment.
Please monitor her condition over the next day or two. If you notice any worsening of symptoms or if she becomes lethargic, it's important to seek veterinary care promptly.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
She does also have lethargy she has been very slow recently and fatigued. Is there anything i can do about that?

It sounds like River is experiencing some concerning symptoms, such as lethargy, a lack of appetite, and vomiting. These could indicate a more serious issue, such as dehydration, an infection, or another underlying health problem that requires attention.
In the meantime, it's important to keep River comfortable and ensure she has access to fresh water. Change the water frequently, and place the water in several places.
Not eating anything for more than three days can be fatal. Give River some bland food, such as boiled chicken and rice, in small portions.
Given the combination of symptoms, I strongly recommend seeking veterinary care as soon as possible. A veterinarian will be able to conduct a thorough examination and provide the appropriate treatment to help River recover.
