I just neutered him 3 days ago, he is eating and drinking water fine, no vomiting or nothing. But has diarrhea, I'm worried.

Diarrhea in cats can stem from various factors, including stress from recent neutering, dietary changes, infections, or reactions to medications.

Since your cat is currently on Metronidazole (Flagyl), which is commonly prescribed for gastrointestinal issues, it's reassuring that he is already receiving treatment. However, the presence of bloody or black stool can be indicative of a more serious issue, such as gastrointestinal bleeding.

Ensure your cat stays well-hydrated. Diarrhea can lead to dehydration, so it's crucial that he has access to fresh water at all times.

Secondly, monitor his diet closely. Stick to a bland diet, such as boiled chicken and rice, which can be gentler on his stomach. It's best to avoid giving him any treats or new foods during this time.

In conclusion, I would recommend taking him back to the clinic where he was neutered. He's eating well and has no other symptoms, but it's a safe bet to get him checked out. Bloody stools, in particular, are a symptom that should be taken seriously.

If you have any further questions or need additional guidance, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you.
