My cat Allie has been experiencing peeing on herself when I clean her ears or touch her ears. She will hiss at her ears when they are really really hurting her some days. They don’t hurt her usually after I clean them deeply clean them she’ll be very upset and hurt One to two days after I clean them with for like a week and a half she’ll be without pain and then they will come back. I don’t know if it’s ear mites. I don’t know if it’s in your infection. I got every little ear solution to put in her ears before and they were hurt her so bad and they will clean her ears for the time being, but won’t stop whatever is happening that’s hurting her.

It sounds like Allie is experiencing quite a bit of discomfort with her ears, which could be due to several potential issues such as ear mites, an ear infection, or even allergies. The symptoms you're describing, like sensitivity to touch, itching, head shaking, and inappropriate urination when her ears are touched, suggest that there is an underlying problem that needs to be addressed.
At home, there are a few things you can consider doing:
Firstly, continue using the ear cleanser, but make sure it's a gentle one specifically designed for cats. It's important to avoid over-cleaning, as this can sometimes irritate the ears further.
Secondly, keep an eye out for signs of ear mites, which can cause intense itching and discomfort. You might notice a dark, crumbly discharge if mites are present. While there are some over-the-counter treatments available, they might not be effective for all cases.
Additionally, consider whether allergies might be contributing to her ear problems. Think about any changes in her environment or diet that might coincide with the onset of her symptoms.
Lastly, observe her behavior closely and note any patterns or triggers that seem to exacerbate her symptoms.
Given that the discomfort returns after cleaning and persists for a while, it would be beneficial to have a veterinarian examine her ears. They can perform a thorough examination and possibly take samples to determine if there's an infection or mites present. This will help in prescribing the appropriate treatment to address the root cause of her discomfort.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
